Gamification is currently very popular and one of the organizations that, in a unique way, has jumped into this is Zyvo. Lamin Kinteh, founder of Zyvo, told Recruitment Tech TV more about the company at Unleash 2018 in London.

Zyvo

Zyvo, together with the University of Twente, has developed a platform for performing online assessments and for predicting work-related behavior. This gives the employee and the organization insight into the potential of this employee. Kinteh tells more about the tool in the video above.

To combine

“The unique thing about Zyvo is that we combine two things. We combine psychometrics and games and we apply machine learning. There are no other organizations that do that. Some organizations focus on psychometrics, other organizations on games, we focus on both”, says Kinteh.

UNLEASH 2018

On 20 and 21 March 2018, the UNLEASH Conference & Expo took place in London. The former HR Tech World received more than 120 popular influencers from the most innovative companies and organizations in the world in the English capital. The next Unleash event will take place in Amsterdam on 23 and 24 October 2018.
