Werf& has made a significant impact in the Netherlands with its well-known Webinar Week. Now, it is bringing this successful concept to Germany to effectively inform German recruiters. What can be expected from the first-ever Webinar Tage?

First-ever ‘Webinar Tage’ in Germany

Launching a full Webinar Woche (Webinar Week) seemed ambitious initially. However, the interest from Germany and other German-speaking regions in recruitment advancements is so significant that Werf& is organizing a three-day event, the Webinar Tage, from September 17 to 19 this year. Various current trends in recruitment will be covered in German for the first time, including:

  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Automation (RMA)
  • Recruitment Tech & Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) & Data

Featured speakers and participants

Three companies from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and three from the Netherlands will participate each day, focusing on the German-speaking market. Notable participants include Robindro Ullah, a prominent HR influencer and author in Germany and manager of the Trendence Institute. Other confirmed speakers are Florian Grösch (Raven51) and Wolfgang Brickwedde, who will host the event.

Insights on ‘Talent Intelligence’

Robindro Ullah will discuss the increasing importance of ‘Talent Intelligence’ and the role of data in recruitment. According to Ullah, the German market has not yet fully realised the potential of data in recruitment. “The power of data is not yet recognised here. Recruitment analysis is approached step by step, but Talent Intelligence is much more than that”, says Ullah, author of the Praxishandbuch Recruiting and three-time German HR Innovator of the Year awardee.

Potential in the German market

Ullah emphasises that talent will be the scarcest resource for companies. “Success will largely depend on our ability to attract and retain people. Therefore, I believe the era of Talent Intelligence is just beginning. This discipline will influence HR and business decisions in the future”, he asserts. “From the German market perspective, we are not even using 1% of the potential yet.”

In collaboration with ToTalent

Werf& is organizing the inaugural Webinar Tage in collaboration with its international sister site, ToTalent.eu. The webinars will be free for the target audience. Dutch organizations wishing to present themselves as experts to the DACH audience are encouraged to participate and host a webinar. Participants will receive lead information, professional webinar recordings accessible for a year, and an additional interview on ToTalent.eu or Werf-en.nl.
