Two billion(!) devices can work with voice. The impact of this on recruitment is therefore increasing, according to Maarten Lens-FitzGerald. During the Recruitment Tech Event 2019 in Amsterdam on 21 November, the voice expert will give a keynote on voice and its role within recruitment.

The world of voice

Amazon Alexa, Samsung Bixby, Microsoft Cortana, Apple’s Siri and Google Assistant have 2 billion endpoints worldwide. At work and at home. In the US, Voice has crossed the chasm. That means your neighbor has one too. Soon your job applicant screening will not be done by you but by the voice application. Is that good or a bad thing? Voice expert Maarten Lens-FitzGerald tells you all about it at the Recruitment Tech Event 2019.

Easier

“Not only does it make it easier to find candidates, but it also makes it easier to screen people. Much of the current tech works with text, but it’s much easier to do this automatically.” How? Join us on the 21st of November in Amsterdam and find out!
