This chatbot protects you from requests from intrusive recruiters

A chatbot that protects employees from irrelevant requests. It sounds too good to be true, but Reply.id has come up with this solution for the intrusive emails of recruiters.

Skills

It is a smart filter that intercepts and assesses all emails that arrive via Gmail: if it is an email from a recruiter, it will be placed in a separate folder (Job Proposals). The recruiter receives an automatic mail with a link to the personal chatbot of the person approached.

Chatbot asks the questions

The chatbot of Reply.id asks all kinds of questions: where the job is, the salary and what skills are needed. The algorithm then matches the answers with the profile that the candidate has drawn up about himself. The job proposal is then assessed with an x-number of stars, so that the candidate can see for himself – based on ranking – which proposal, if any, he or she finds interesting.
