Thursday 15th of April 2021 the first edition of Demo_Day Europe will take place. A free online event where tech suppliers introduce themselves and showcase their solutions. Teddy Dimitrova will guide you through the program as the official host of the online event. In this interview (video), Teddy tells you what to expect at Demo_Day.

Who is Teddy Dimitrova?

“I’m from Bulgaria, but have been living in the Netherlands for about 13 years. For the last few years, I’ve been working in the recruitment industry as a freelancer. I mainly help startups and scaleups. You’ll also find me at conferences and events, which are great places to share ideas.”

What tooling do you use?

“I think that tooling is one of the most important parts of my work. For high volume recruitment, it is almost impossible not to use tooling. Actually, I really don’t know any recruiter that doesn’t use tooling. Just a simple recruitment system can change the whole way u do recruitment in a positive way. Let alone all the other tools that can help you with recruitment. I really can’t wait to see all the different tools at Demo_Day”

What can we expect from you at Demo_Day?

“I have the honour of hosting the event. We’re going to have a lot of tools that are going to present themselves. This is a great opportunity to participate in demos. In addition to hosting, I’m going to participate in the sessions myself because I’m also very much a fan of that part. I’m looking forward to it very much.”
