Stephan Menge is the new Business Development Director at Textkernel for the DACH region. He brings with him years of experience from various positions in the HR industry.
Great potential
On Textkernel’s German-language website, he explains, among other things, how he sees the future of the vendor. “I see Textkernel as the market leader in an HR niche area, with extensive experience, highly competent employees and a company size that stands for ‘more’. Despite Corona, the company continues to develop, because the issues are more than topical. I see great potential especially in large companies and in medium-sized businesses – and also in a large number of consulting firms that could use our solutions.

What he’s looking forward to most? “Working with your colleagues. The service and software have already convinced me. Now the next step is to make them tangible for potential customers, and that can only be done through the team. Because in the end, people buy from people.”
