Recruitment or talent tech startup? Win a partnership for Demo_Day 2019

For the second time Demo_Day, the Dutch orientation event in the field of recruitment and talent technology, gives European startups the opportunity to win a free partnership. As from February 18th until March 15th 2019 every European startup founded after January 1st 2018 can submit their Startup Pitch.

Startups

Many startups are active in the field of recruitment and talent technology. Young companies that challenge existing technologies and providers with innovative solutions. These companies of the future often do not have large marketing budgets. Recruitment + Talent Tech Demo_Day therefore offers six startups (3 x talent technology and 3 x recruitment technology) the opportunity to be present at the second edition of Demo_Day on June 6, 2019 in Utrecht (the Netherlands) with a free partnership worth € 2.500,-.

Startup Pitch

From Monday 18 February until Friday 15 March 2019 startups can participate in the Startup Pitch and indicate why they should not be missed during Demo_Day 2019. The organization will evaluate all entries and choose six startups from them. The organization will judge the pitches on the following issues, among others:

  • Innovative character of the tool
  • Distinctiveness of the solution
  • Substantiation of the pitch

Who can participate?

The Startup Pitch is intended for European startups in the field of recruitment and/or talent technology. The startup must be established after 1 January 2018. The organisation must act as a startup by clearly stating this in its communication and/or be associated with an incubator and/or employ a maximum of 10 people.

About Demo_Day

On Thursday 6 June 2019, over 50 suppliers of recruitment and talent technology will show their solutions. After two successful editions with recruitment tooling, the 2019 edition of Demo_Day expands in 2019 with talent tooling. Demo_Day does not only consist of an exhibition floor where suppliers of recruitment and talent tooling give one-on-one demos, but also of demo talks in two small theatres spread over the exhibition floor. In addition, independent experts give so-called tech talks.

Foreign tech suppliers

Recruitment + Talent Tech Demo_Day is also gaining more and more name outside the borders of the Netherlands. Earlier we announced that the Belgian/Luxembourg Skeeled is coming to the event and the Austrian Firstbird (referral tooling) will also attend.
