Randstad Italy opts for Job Posting with IGB: “Ensures a solid footprint and partnerships with the most important job boards in Italy”

IGB, supplier of Automated Job Posting & Programmatic Job Marketing, has successfully
completed the implementation process at Randstad Italy. Since July 1st, more than 1800
users of Randstad Italy have been using IGB’s Automated Job Posting.

Implementation

Since the end of 2019, Carerix is the central Search & Match platform at Randstad Italy. Randstad Italy also focused on contracting a new multiposter at that time. IGB has successfully completed a proof of concept with Randstad Italy via Carerix and a collaboration has arisen from this. The full implementation for 1800 users was realized by IGB within two months.

Within Carerix, a fully automatic publication process to a selection of local, Italian job boards and their own website is now possible. A special feature of this process is the two-way integration: normally the publication goes from Carerix to IGB and is forwarded by IGB to the job boards. However, with this integration, the status of the publication is also returned to Carerix. The user therefore has access to all the information he or she needs within their own Carerix dashboard.

Positive

Luca Tarasco, e-solutions manager Randstad Italy: “The technical team was there for us, obviously prepared and reactive to meet our needs. Our users find the IGB solution “faster” and “simpler” than what we used before. Multi Posting via IGB is cheaper than the tool we previously had and colleagues save a lot of time to publish a vacancy. In the past it took almost 15 minutes for each publication, now less than 5 minutes.”

Daniele Spatari, ICT Director at Randstad Italy: “Time and budget were respected as planned, the overall activities went smoothly. The collaboration with Carerix is further enhanced by this additional and important service from IGB. For a company like Randstad Italy, which competes in a market where speed and precision of execution are very important, an effective and reliable multiposting platform is a strong enabler. Our overall IT landscape can now offer such a service.”

Internationalization

According to Peter Nieuwpoort, Managing Director of IGB, Randstad Italy’s choice of IGB’s solutions is a confirmation that they are on the right track with their strategy of further internationalization. “The collaboration with Randstad Italy ensures a solid footprint and partnerships with the most important job boards in Italy. This is clear recognition for us that our ‘Automated Job posting’ product is excellently applicable in complex situations. The many years of partnership with Carerix has clearly paid off for all parties.”
