PathMotion boost candidate experience through personal questions to current employees

Personal stories from employees which contribute to the candidate experience. PathMotion has developed a tool that enables interested candidates to get in touch with current employees. Co-founder Alon Laniado told more about PathMotion at Unleash 2018 in London.

In person

“PathMotion is, simply put, a discussion platform”, Laniado explains in conversation with Recruitment Tech TV. “Candidates who are interested in an organization can come directly to employees of that organization and ask personal questions, such as questions about career progression, gender issues and other things.”

Last push

The big advantage of this is that this tool can give people who have already shown interest, just the last push to actually apply. This because the candidate experience would get a boost. “It’s logical because the employees like no other can answer the questions of candidates, but this information is often not to be found on the company website.” In the video above, Laniado will tell you more about the tool.

UNLEASH London 2018

On 20 and 21 March 2018 the UNLEASH Conference & Expo took place in London. The former HR Tech World received more than 120 popular influencers from the most innovative companies and organizations in the world in the English capital. The next Unleash event will take place in Amsterdam on 23 and 24 October 2018.
