PandoLogic has launched pandoDIVERSITY: an AI-based diversity sourcing solution to help DEI-focused companies accelerate their hiring efforts using programmatic job advertising. ‘By dedicating a campaign exclusively targeting diversity publishers through our programmatic job advertising, we are able to deliver a more diverse slate of candidates’, said Terry Baker, PandoLogic’s CEO.

AI for diversity

We’ve seen our fair share of new recruitment tooling breakthrough in recent years — and particularly in recent months, on the back of ChatGPT and the rising phenomenon that is Artificial Intelligence. While chat assistants may still be the most prominent end product for AI-related endeavours, PandoLogic has gone a slightly different direction with its newest solution: pandoDIVERSITY.

It aims to increase efficiency through the use of intelligent automation to reach diverse candidates where they are.

pandoDIVERSITY is what is says on the tin, by all means. The solution uses programmatic job advertising that expands reach to diverse candidates, and aims to increase exposure via a network of diversity-specific publishers. It aims to increase efficiency through the use of intelligent automation to reach diverse candidates where they are, driving cost-effective hiring outcomes on DEI initiatives and creating a diverse slate of candidates to provide a dedicated distribution approach.

‘More with less’

“This is the only solution enabling employers to use the power of artificial intelligence to reach. And attract diverse talent (i.e. women, minorities, people with disabilities, veterans, LGBTQIA candidates) at scale”, the company says. “You can do more, with less. Use one single solution to source an expansive pool of diverse candidates, track campaigns and review ROI insights.”

Powered by pandoIQ, PandoLogic’s AI-based programmatic job advertising software, pandoDIVERSITY intelligently automates and optimises hiring campaigns geared to diversity candidates via a network of specialised publisher sites, giving your jobs guaranteed exposure to diverse and engaged audiences.

From compliance to acquisition

“We all know that a diverse workforce is vital to an organization’s success”, said PandoLogic’s CEO, Terry Baker. “Many organisations focus on diversity compliance, which is important and often difficult to execute, but pandoDIVERSITY is focused on making it easy and producing real diversity results.”

“pandoDIVERSITY is focused on making it easy and producing real diversity results.”

“By dedicating a campaign exclusively targeting diversity publishers through our programmatic job advertising, which is both automated and cost-efficient, we are able to deliver a more diverse slate of candidates for hiring managers. As a result, we will expand the reach and volume of DEI hiring campaigns while increasing efficiency so that Talent Acquisition leaders have more control over their strategic recruitment plans.”
