Megan Marie Butler is a PhD student at the Leeds University Business School (LUBS) and HR specialist at CogntionX, a research agency specialising in artificial intelligence. She looks at artificial intelligence from an HR and recruitment perspective. She is interested in the practical application of artificial intelligence in recruitment and its impact on the future field of HR and recruitment. With more than ten years of professional experience in business and HR, combined with an extensive academic education, Megan’s research aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Her aim is to provide HR, recruitment professionals and business leaders with insights and practical advice.
