Kyloe Partners appoints Lee Anne Whitaker to the role of Operations Director

Bullhorn systems implementation and marketplace partner, Kyloe Partners, announced the appointment of Lee Anne Whitaker to the newly created role of Operations Director.

Proven track record

Lee Anne Whitaker joined Kyloe in February 2018 to develop and lead Kyloe’s APAC business, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. She holds over 16 years of experience and knowledge in the recruitment industry, including 12 years in leadership roles and a proven track record in business operations. Lee will continue her role as Executive Director for APAC in addition to her new responsibilities.

Excited

Lee Anne commented: “I’m very excited to take on this new global role – since starting at Kyloe, I’ve watched our business adapt to the continual changes in recruitment technology, which have in turn created new services and product opportunities for us. Our passionate staff are at the forefront of Kyloe, ensuring we’re exceeding customer expectations and delivering on our vision to provide long term value in the recruitment industry.” With responsibility for global service delivery, Lee Anne will play a key role in meeting Kyloe’s growth goals as well as building on their outstanding reputation for service and delivery to Bullhorn customers. Lee said: “I’m looking forward to working with the business to support our future goals and implementing strategies to drive optimisation and efficiency.” This role marks the start of a new phase for Kyloe with Project Management, Implementation Consulting, Training & Service Operations globally reporting into Lee Anne.

Changing recruitment software landscape
