Phenom People helps HR to break the stereotype of being a cost center instead of a revenue generator. Jonathan Dale, VP of Product Marketing at Phenom People told Recruitment Tech TV at UNLEASH Paris what the organisation’s goals are.

Artificial intelligence

“We’ve tried to bake artificial intelligence and machine learning across our entire platform. We think that is the key of being able to connect all of the experiences between your candidates, your recruiters, your employees and your managers. AI plays a big piece in that”, says Jonathan Dale. In the video below he tells more about Phenom People, what they do and their roadmap for 2020.

About Phenom People

Phenom People delivers the Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform to transform the talent journey from interested candidates to thriving employees to enthusiastic brand advocates, while helping HR break the stereotype of being a cost center instead of a revenue generator.
