Join the Talent Acquisition Live Sourcing Challenge (also as full-cycle recruiter)

“Not again a sourcing challenge,” you might think… But this one is different because it’s accessible for full-cycle recruiters as well. Recruiters from all over Europe are invited to take part in the Talent Acquisition Live Sourcing Challenge 2020 to find the perfect candidates and their contact details for a real job!

Online qualification

The online qualification is open to everybody. You will have 2 weeks to deliver three candidate profiles that you believe fit the profile. You do not have to reach out to these profiles, the challenge is about the search. Five candidates will win fame, free entrance to the event, travel expenses within Europe and a small prize.

On-site searching

At Talent Acquisition Live in Amsterdam, the challenge will be more challenging. Again you will be given an actual profile, this time with extra requirements. Again you will deliver three candidates to the actual client and the client will decide on the winner. The winner will win a lot of fame, a physical award, a digital badge and a great prize.
