Indeed, the world’s number 1 job site, has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of ZapInfo, a recruiting process automation platform. The current date set for the transition is September 15th 2020.
Automating
Thousands of recruiters use ZapInfo to save hours of time, automating their search, finding, extracting, engagement and delivery of candidates into their platforms so they can accelerate the recruiting process.
ZapInfo and Indeed
ZapInfo believes joining Indeed allows them to continue to provide value to clients, allowing them to take advantage of many of Indeed’s products, such as Indeed Resume, along with the ability to Zap Indeed applicant quickly into most integrated ATS and CRM’s.
Randstad Innovation Fund
In August 2019, Randstad Innovation Fund, Rally Ventures, Seven Peaks Ventures and Great North Labs all participated in a $1.75M Series Seed 2 Funding. With this funding ZapInfo was able to fuel the multiple integrations and partnerships that ZapInfo has formed in 2019 with major platforms such as IBM, SAP, Jibe, Phenom People, Gr8People, Jobvite and several other platforms that resell and bundle ZapInfo with their solutions.
Free resource
ZapInfo was primarily a paid subscription service, after the acquisition the ZapInfo technology is intended to be a free resource that can be used by nearly all top ATS/CRM users to automate the recruiting process between their ATS/CRM and Indeed’s product suite.
