Onboarding is becoming more and more important and Appical has responded to this early on. The Amsterdam-based company is growing fast and this results in, among other things, an office in New York, says CEO Gerrit Brouwer to Recruitment Tech TV.

Brouwer explains in the video above what Appical does. “It’s an online platform with which employees are integrated into an organization. This is to properly guide them to what we call ‘a productive level’. Also important is that they are comfortable in their role and experience the pleasure of the organization”, says the founder of Appical.
America
“We have done a lot of research on the American market in the past year”, Brouwer begins his explanation of the choice for America. “With Appical we already had a few American customers with whom we had experiences. The American market is a good and logical next step for us. You have to deal with 355 million people and a separate president, but with a very solid economy and good industry. It is also true that in the American market the experience is becoming more and more central.” In the video above, he tells more about the American adventure.
