HR Research Institute conducted research on the use of recruitment systems among recruiters. A whopping 73% of survey participants use an ATS. Also, according to the participants, the use of a recruitment system has the following significant benefits:
- A recruitment system is considered the most effective way to track candidates during the recruitment process (81%);
- Organizations that say they are good at recruiting talent use an ATS at a higher than average rate (81%);
- Managing job applications is the most frequently cited benefit of using an ATS (71%), and reducing the time it takes to hire staff is the second biggest benefit (60%) according to participants.
