With its innovative employer brand solutions, Welcome to the Jungle aims to make work exciting. Now, the French start-up has raised €50 million in its Series C Round. CEO Jérémy Clédat: “Now more than ever, we have what it takes to keep revolutionising the staffing sector.”

Revolutionising the staffing sector

Now, on the back of a €50 million investment, the company looks set for an incredible expansion across both European and American markets.

Welcome to the Jungle was initially founded in 2015 — and ever since the company has been on a mission to popularise employer branding. They do so with solutions that increase the attractiveness of companies for job-seekers, and aim to provide them an exciting and seamless hiring experience.

“It’s quite an achievement given the current economic climate.”

“We’re thrilled about achieving this fundraising and earning the trust of both our legacy and new investors”, Jérémy Clédat, CEO and co-founder of Welcome to the Jungle, said. “It’s quite an achievement given the current economic climate. Now more than ever, we have what it takes to keep revolutionising the staffing sector and start a new chapter in Welcome to the Jungle’s history.”

3 million unique visitors per month

The investment comes on the back of what was a very successful 2022 for Welcome to the Jungle. Within the last year, the start-up reached nearly 3 million unique monthly visitors — reached 5,000 customers, €30 million in ARR (annual recurring revenue) and brought in over 100 hires to bring the company’s total up to 300, spread across two offices.

“Our job board provides thousands of job offers to help digital workers explore the professional world and find exciting career opportunities, with the most immersive and friendly design on the market”, the company states. “Our B2B solutions make companies attractive by highlighting their employer brand to attract the right talent, and enable them to offer a seamless recruitment experience to job hunters and recruiters.”

Expanding to international markets

With the new investment, Welcome to the Jungle looks set to expand into other international markets. Namely: the United States. The company’s plans for the new funding include expanding globally to step up its lead in employer branding solutions. The company will be enhancing its offering with new features, localising its solutions for the US market, and bringing in new talent to help it grow.

And by supporting them in their strong ESG policies.”
