Conditions

For participation in the Recruitment Tech Event, organized by Nr29 werkt VOF, only the following conditions of participation apply.

By registering, you agree to this and the tenderer’s purchase conditions will expire.

1. Your details

Always enter your business email address when you sign up. All correspondence will be sent to your business e-mail address.

After registering for the event, we will keep you informed by e-mail and text message (that’s why we ask for the mobile number at registration).

2. Rates and payment terms

Participation in the Recruitment Tech Event 2020 costs € 445,- (excl. VAT) per participant. If you register on time, you can benefit from a 50% discount. From 6 to 19 November, if not yet sold out, a late bird rate of € 545,- (excl. VAT) applies.

Participation fee includes lunch, drinks and snacks in between and networking drinks. After we have received your application, you can pay directly via iDEAL and credit card or on account. When paying on account, the participation fee has to be paid within 14 days and always before the start of the event.

After registration the digital invoice can be downloaded on the confirmation page of your registration. You can always download and/or view it again by logging in again with your details.

2a. Terms of payment on account

Your Meeting Experts takes care of the invoicing for the Recruitment Tech Event 2020. The invoice must be paid within 14 days, after 14 days your registration will expire. Only after payment (and passing on the breakout program) you will receive your ticket prior to the event.

Nr29 works VOF takes care of the invoicing for the Recruitment Tech Event 2020. Only after payment (and passing on the breakout program) will you receive your ticket prior to the event.

3. Registration conditions

For this event you can only register online in advance, until Wednesday 19 November 2020 17.00 or until the event is sold out. The first three editions were all sold out two weeks in advance.

4. Cancellation policy

When you have signed up for the event, we as organizer will charge a fee to realize your participation. We therefore apply the following cancellation conditions:

Your registration can only be cancelled by e-mail. If you cancel no later than 19 October 2020, we will charge € 55,- (excl. VAT) administration costs. If you cancel after 19 October 2020, we will be obliged to calculate the full registration amount. Paying participants can, of course, have a replacement use the registration if they are unable to do so. This can be changed by the participant himself by clicking on the change link at the bottom of the confirmation.

5. e-Ticket

After registration and payment, you will receive your e-ticket (in e-mail form, not in an attachment like pdf) at least one week before the event. Bring this e-ticket printed or with you on your smartphone on the day for quick participant registration. The organization reserves the right to deactivate e-tickets if the participation fee is not paid on time.
