Lessor Group, acquired by Paychex in 2018, has acquired the HR solutions company Emply. With customers in 30 countries worldwide such as Denmark, Benelux and the Nordics, Emply is one of the rising leaders within the HR solutions space. The company is a fast growth full-suite HR SaaS provider, that includes solutions for HR management, recruiting, onboarding, and learning management. Both Lessor and Emply are headquartered in Denmark and will remain in their current locations after the acquisition. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
European growth
The sale to Lessor Group will boost growth while offering access to new markets outside Denmark – such as Germany and the USA. lessor Group, a market-leading software provider of payroll, HR, time & attendance, will together with Emply create HR software based on a broad and international insight into HR. Existing Emply customers will benefit from Lessor’s superior expertise in payroll. That expertise, coupled with Emply’s robust HR technology capabilities, will deliver a powerful solution with potential to propel growth.
