Employ acquires talent acquisition suite Lever: ‘Our market-leading solutions are better than ever’

When JazzHR, Jobvite and NXTThing RPO came together as Employ, they aimed to change the way businesses recruit with industry-leading technology. Now, after the acquisition of talent acquisition suite Lever, the collective has grown even larger.

The acquisition of Lever has now propelled Employ into the role of the largest modern provider of talent acquisition solutions, the press statement reads. “We’re offering customers more choices, more flexibility, and unmatched scalability through our four solutions: JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing RPO. With the addition of Lever, we are together more than 850 incredible employees, working relentlessly for 18,000 customers.”

Each brand has its own expertise. JazzHR serves small to middle-sized businesses who need affordable technology to hire. Jobvite offers an wide-ranged portfolio of recruitment technology that aims to make predictable hiring a regular occurrence. While NXTThing RPO serves as an outsourced hiring services. Now, with Lever, Employ also has an end-to-end talent acquisition suite in its impressive portfolio.
