Netherlands-based startup Maqqie has recently secured €1 million euros from two new investors, bringing the total amount raised to €1.7 million for the job board.

Matching algorithm

The Maqqie app tries to differentiate with labor market data and a matching algorithm. It matches supply and demand on the labor market based on smart algorithms. It automatically facilitates what is needed to establish cooperation within a few minutes. The tool is available free of charge for end-users: companies and employees.

1500 candidates

Around 400 companies and more than 1500 candidates have joined Maqqie, with 200 collaborations as a result. The recruitment platform keeps a small percentage of the hourly wage as a commission only when the partnership is established through the app.
