In this video interview, Wiebe Mulder tells more about recruitment marketing tool JobBoost.io. JobBoost.io is one of the vendors who will showcase their solution at the first Demo_Day Europe which will take place on Thursday, April 15th, 2021.

What is JobBoost.io?

“Our programmatic job marketing tool helps to advertise job postings on multiple ‘cost per click’ channels. With the JobBoost.io algorithms, we find a great balance between click ratio and conversion to applicants on all the connected channels. All in order to get the best return on investment in a short period of time. Our customers can opt in to have full insights into all campaigns and budgets through their own dashboard, but they can also leave it to us.”

What will your break-out session be about?

“We are going to give you an explanation about job boards that work with performance models, so these are the job boards where you only pay for actual results for example ‘cost per click.’ Then we are going to explain why and how to use these job boards as a foundation in your channel mix and what this does for your vacancies that need to be advertised. Furthermore, we will show how the JobBoost.io tooling works and what it looks like by showing some real-world results. Also, we have some breaking news. On Demo_Day we will release our newest version of JobBoost.io, which we are very excited about.”

Why should we join your break-out?

“This break-out will be most interesting for those who have multiple vacancies a month, so probably the bigger companies. However, we do offer services for smaller companies. But for the bigger companies that would like to know more about this performance advertising with programmatic job marketing, I truly believe our break-out is the place to be.”
