There will be a number of insightful tech talks and breakout sessions at Demo Day Europe. One of the breakout sessions will be hosted by Patrick De Pauw, CEO of Social Seeder. In this video interview, De Pauw explains what Social Seeder is and what to expect from his break-out at the free online event on April 15.

What is Social Seeder?

“Social Seeder is an easy-to-use platform with a proven strategy to turn your employees into engaged ambassadors. Our ambassador platform offers companies a unique opportunity to share relevant content via the social network of their employees with one click. Word-of-mouth communication creates authenticity. Authenticity creates impact. Activate your most engaged advocates: your employees.”

What will your break-out session be about?

“We won’t only focus on the product because otherwise, it will be a very commercial talk. What we will talk about are the insights that we have. Currently, we are running about 200 employee engagement and advocacy programs throughout the world and  with this experience, we can show you how you can build up a true engagement environment in your company and what can you expect as a result if you do this.”

Why should we watch your break-out?

“We all know that if you have engaged co-workers that this is part of the future of your company. But most of the companies only have about one percent of engaged co-workers that are proactively sharing content. And knowing that this creates a big impact you need to know what you can do in order to get so many people behind you to create this massive impact just by asking your co-workers.”
