Demo Day Europe will feature a number of informative tech talks and breakout sessions. Luuk Van Neerven, the co-founder and CEO of Joboti, will host one of the break-out sessions. Van Neerven talks more about Joboti and what to expect from his break-out at the free online event on April 15, in this video interview.

What is Joboti?

“Joboti builds smart chatbots for recruiters. You immediately increase your reachability to 24/7 and your conversion rate increases. The recruitment chatbot can be linked to your website, but also WhatsApp. Candidates can easily apply via WhatsApp and the chatbot automatically creates a profile in your ATS system. It is also possible to schedule interviews automatically via WhatsApp. We are happy to tell you more about all the possibilities.”

What will your break-out session be about?

“The main focus of our break-out will be Joboti and I would like to invite everyone of course. Especially during these times, it seems to be harder to connect with candidates. So chat and for example, WhatsApp is comely used now. During the break-out, I will show you a few very interesting cases of our virtual assistant in chat and for example in WhatsApp.”

Why should we watch your break-out?

“If you’re working for a big corporation or maybe a very boutique agency, or tool can help both of you. For agencies, for example, we do see a lot of return in sending out WhatsApp messages straight from the ATS. For corporate, we can be very interesting as well, our chatbots can offer candidates to apply via WhatsApp or chat or ask questions related to the vacancy via or chatbot. It can save everyone a lot of time.”
