Lior Romanowsky, the CEO of Jenna.AI, will host one of the interesting break-out sessions at Demo_Day Europe. In this video interview, Romanowsky expands on Jenna.AI’s story and what to expect from his break-out at the free online event on April 15, 2021.

What is Jenna.AI?

“Jenna.AI is a SaaS AI-driven solution that questions and screens applicants automatically, allowing for a more efficient hiring process. In a matter of minutes, any recruiter can build his own Jenna.AI entity and get started. Our goal is to match great candidates with great companies. Jenna.AI was developed to transform the world of recruitment and HR by introducing a proactive and insightful matchmaking approach to hiring.”

What will your break-out session be about?

“What we will be presenting is Jenna.AI, our conversational solution tool and also how we help companies from various industries to implement conversational solutions. We will demonstrate how the tool works live! So there will be no secrets, you can actually see the Jenna.AI experience. Also, we will talk about the different locations of your pipeline where you can use AI as a recruiter. Many amazing technologies can be used that offer a great experience for the candidate and the recruiter.”

Why should we watch your break-out?

“First I think that most of the things that we will present will be new and interesting for a wide audience. We will not only talk about our tool but also give the added value of our technological understanding. Because first, we are innovation people, before we are recruitment people. Technology is our first passion and problem-solving is our second passion. So every person that will come to our session will hopefully not only get a good understanding of Jenna.AI but also a good understanding of how this problem-solving technology can assist his or her company. We will try to inspire and educate.”
