Luc de Ridder of YER led a track about candidate and application experience during TruAmsterdam at the end of April in Amsterdam. In conversation with Recruitment Tech TV, he talks about the role of tech.

Positive experiences

De Ridder explains why candidate experience is so important for recruitment. “People will share their positive experiences during the application process with others, which is very important for the organizations involved today.”

Role of tech

De Ridder also discusses the role that recruitment technology can play in candidate experience. “We need to do more with the measurement of candidate experience, where tech can certainly play a major role in the future.” What this future looks like, he says in the video below.
