CompanyMatch and SmartRecruiters have announced a new partnership. Now the pre-hiring assessment technology of CompanyMatch is available for all SmartRecruiters clients in their marketplace.

The partnership between CompanyMatch and SmartRecruiters is a combination of two particularly successful recruitment concepts: The SmartRecruiters’ Talent Acquisition Suite and CompanyMatchs’ pre-hiring assessment to CompanyFit. By integrating CompanyMatch, SmartRecruiters enables its customers to not only base their recruitment on ‘Job-Fit’, but also to integrate the ‘Company-Fit’ component into their recruitment process.

SmartRecruiters clients easily integrate CompanyMatch into their application process, enabling candidates to directly determine their company fit with the company and attach their personal CompanyMatch-report to their application. In the SmartRecruiters interface, recruiters and hiring managers can view the result of the match and also view the CompanyMatch-report. ‘In this way, we optimize the process not only for SmartRecruiters customers, but also for all users.
