Bullhorn is acquiring Dutch-based Mployee, a provider of Salesforce-based front- and mid-office solutions for the staffing industry. With the acquisition, Bullhorn aims to accelerate the delivery of an end-to-end enterprise solution to Bullhorn customers using the Salesforce platform.
Enterprise solutions
The reason for Bullhorn’s acquisition is to combine Employee’s mid-office with Bullhorn’s front-office. This will allow Bullhorn to offer a true enterprise end-to-end solution built on the Salesforce platform. This solution will help solve the many front- and mid-office challenges that hinder agency growth.
More efficient mid-office processes
“We have seen tremendous growth in the use of Bullhorn for Salesforce globally in recent years, and this acquisition will help us better support those agencies around the world in delivering more efficient mid-office processes,” said Matt Fischer, President and Chief Operating Officer at Bullhorn. “We are excited about the potential of Mployee’s solution combined with Bullhorn for Salesforce to deliver a complete end-to-end solution.”
Digital revolution
“It is with great enthusiasm that we join Bullhorn in continuing to drive the digital revolution in the recruitment and staffing industry,” said Karen Weebers, CEO of Mployee. “Bullhorn has the resources to invest in Mployee’s product roadmap to bring our solutions to even more agencies.”
One platform
Uncertainty about the economy, pricing pressures and fewer job orders have forced the recruitment and staffing industry to streamline internal operations as much as possible this year. Centralising all recruitment activities on one platform helps agencies achieve this efficiency. As a result, Bullhorn has seen a significant increase in the use of the Salesforce platform, especially in Europe, and is now the largest independent software vendor (ISV) for Salesforce serving the recruitment and staffing industry.
Bullhorn products on the Salesforce platform are used by agencies in 40 countries and by four of the five largest global recruitment agencies. Bullhorn’s revenue on the Salesforce platform has grown at an average annual growth rate of nearly 30% since 2019.
