Arushi Sud (Visume): “We keep it simple: the candidate experience is smooth and the user experience is smooth”

Making the recruitment process as ‘smooth’ as possible, that’s the goal of the ATS of Visume. During UNLEASH Paris, Arushi Sud, Director of Business Development, told more about the New York-based organisation.

ATS

The applicant tracking system of Visume is created to redefine the recruitment process. It is not the replacement of the traditional hiring processes but an enhancement to it. Visume is an integrated platform for direct and meaningful engagement between recruiters and job seekers. With the help of Visume, the recruiters get more knowledge of what an individual brings to the table. Visume’s applicant tracking system enables the employer to analyze the candidate and comprehends their communication skills, personality and charisma – all before the actual interview takes place.

Smart and fast

“Basically we are addressing every part of recruitment and automating all the manual processes. That’s why we say: we help you hire smart and hire fast”, says Arushi Sud. In the video below she tells more about their ATS and the roadmap for 2020.
